Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains what information ShadowStrikes collects to operate ShadowStrikes licensing and subscriptions, and how it is used.
Account Data
When you create an account, we store your email address and the name you give us — your first and last name, which together form the display name shown in your panel.
Subscription & Order Records
We keep a permanent record of your subscription history and orders, including plan, pricing, discounts applied, and payment status, for licensing continuity and financial auditability.
Trading Account Identifiers
To license ShadowStrike EA, we store the MetaTrader account number and broker server you register. We do not store your MetaTrader password or any broker credentials.
EA Check-in Data
While the EA is attached to a licensed account it checks in with the platform to validate the licence. Each check-in records when it happened and the state the terminal reports back, which your dashboard shows you for that account.
Only the latest reading is kept per trading account; each check-in overwrites the previous one, so no trading history or time series is built from it. These figures are shown back to you on your own dashboard and are never used for the platform's own billing calculations.
Affiliate Referral Attribution
If you arrive via a referral link, we set a first-party cookie (shadowstrike_ref) for 7 days to attribute your signup to the referring affiliate, if you register within that window. You may also enter a referral code yourself at checkout.
You can remove that attribution up to your first paid order, which also clears the cookie. After your first paid order it becomes a permanent record on your account, because a commission has been settled against it.
Preferences
We store a first-party cookie (ssfx_panel_lang) remembering whether you chose English or Indonesian for the member panel. It holds nothing but that choice.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed by Duitku. We never store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment credentials — only the transaction reference and status returned by the gateway.
Security & Audit Data
We retain the minimum data necessary for fraud prevention, financial auditability, and platform security, such as administrative action logs. We do not store unnecessary precise IP address history.
