Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the ShadowStrikes licensing platform. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms.
Subscriptions
ShadowStrike EA is licensed on a subscription basis. New accounts start on the Free plan. Subscriptions may be renewed or upgraded; downgrades are not permitted.
When a subscription expires and is not renewed, the account returns to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted — your history remains and your entitlements resume when you renew.
You may enable auto-renewal from your wallet balance. It is attempted shortly before expiry and is skipped if the balance is not enough at that moment; it never charges any other payment method on your behalf.
Trading Account Licensing
Each trading account (identified by account number and broker server) may only be registered once across the platform. Your plan determines how many demo and real accounts may be actively licensed at a time.
Additional Real account slots may be purchased as add-ons. Add-on slots are priced for the remaining time on your current cycle, renew together with the plan unless removed beforehand, and are credited back to your wallet for the unused portion if you remove them.
Registered accounts may be removed at any time, except that demo accounts cannot be removed while on the Free plan.
Affiliate Program
Members may participate in the affiliate program to earn a wallet commission on a referred member's first successful paid order. The referred member receives a discount on that same order. Both rates are shown on your Affiliate page and may change; the rates in force at the time of the order are the ones that apply.
Attribution normally comes from a referral link, and you may also enter or remove a referral code yourself up to your first paid order. After that first paid order, attribution is fixed.
Referring yourself is not permitted and is rejected by the platform, as is any attempt to take over an attribution that belongs to another member.
Promo Codes and Campaigns
We may issue promo codes and run limited campaigns such as launch pricing. A promo code may be restricted to particular plans or order types, limited in total redemptions or per member, and limited to a date range. Promo codes cannot be applied to renewals.
A promo code and a referral discount may apply to the same order, in which case both are deducted. Campaign pricing is limited to the number of places announced with it and applies to a member's first paid order.
Wallet
Wallet balances may be used toward plan purchases, renewals, upgrades, and add-on slots. Credits can also arrive without a top-up — affiliate commissions, and unused value returned when you upgrade or remove add-on slots.
Topping up requires an active plan; your first plan is paid for directly. While an order is awaiting payment, the part of your balance it needs is held and cannot be spent twice.
Wallet balances are non-refundable and cannot be withdrawn, cashed out, or transferred to another member.
Payments
Payments are processed through Duitku. Prices displayed to Global customers are fixed in US Dollars; settlement always occurs in Indonesian Rupiah at the exchange rate recorded at the time of your order.
Some payment channels add a fee, which is shown next to the channel before you choose it. Only one order may await payment at a time, and an unpaid order expires after the window shown on the order.
Plan Resources
Your plan may include access to materials in the Library — files, links, and written notes. Availability follows your active plan and can change as materials are added or retired. Download links are personal, short-lived, and issued per click; sharing access is covered by the EA License Agreement.
EA Software License
These Terms govern the licensing platform. What you may and may not do with the EA software itself — personal use rights, redistribution, and commercial use — is covered separately by the EA License Agreement.
