Can I start for free?
Yes. The Free plan licenses a demo account with no payment required, so you can watch the EA run before paying anything.
Is profit guaranteed?
No. No configuration of any ShadowStrikes EA, and no trading system, can guarantee profit or remove drawdown. What we can state precisely is the mechanism: how layers are added, when baskets close, and when the protection closes everything.
What's the difference between subscribing through ShadowStrikes and MQL5 Market?
ShadowStrikes website subscriptions provide access to all available EAs, with MT5 account limits based on your selected plan. MQL5 Market licenses apply to individual EAs and offer flexible trading account usage under MQL5's device-based activation rules. Each licensing option is purchased and managed independently.
Do I need a VPS?
Yes. The EA only works while MetaTrader 5 is running, so it needs a VPS that stays online 24/7. Any basic Windows VPS works.
How can I pay?
QRIS, PayPal, or credit/debit card — pick whichever is easiest at checkout. Buyers in Indonesia usually use QRIS; international buyers use PayPal or a card.
Is there automatic billing?
No. Plans are prepaid for a fixed period and nothing is charged automatically. If you enable auto-renew, it draws only from your wallet balance — never from a card.
Is there a refund if the EA doesn't meet my expectations?
No. Licenses are prepaid for a fixed period and are not refunded — which is exactly why the Free plan exists. Run the EA on demo for 30 days, watch how it actually behaves, and only pay once you have seen enough. Don't buy a paid plan to learn what the demo shows for free.
Can I stop the EA without logging into my VPS?
Yes. Every account in your dashboard has an Allow Trading switch. Turn it off and the EA stops opening new positions on its next check-in, usually within a minute. Open baskets are not abandoned — they keep trailing, still close on profit, and the protection still watches them. Switch it back on and it resumes.
What happens if the license server is temporarily unavailable?
Nothing stops. If a license check fails, the EA keeps running on its last good check for a grace period — so a dropped connection never leaves your open trades unmanaged. Only a license the server actually rejects will stop it.
Can I use my ShadowStrikes subscription on multiple MT5 accounts?
Yes. The number of MT5 accounts you can connect depends on your subscription plan. You can manage your registered accounts through your ShadowStrikes dashboard and upgrade your plan if you need additional account slots.
What's the difference between demo and real account slots?
A demo slot licenses a MetaTrader practice account, with no real funds at risk. A real slot licenses a real account. Each plan gives you a set number of each, managed from your dashboard.
Can I upgrade my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time, and the eligible unused value of your current plan is applied to the upgrade automatically. Downgrades are not supported.
Can I add more Real Account slots?
Yes — every paid plan supports extra Real Account slots. Add them anytime and you only pay for the remaining period of your current plan.
What happens when my plan expires?
The license goes inactive and the EA stops validating — nothing is deleted. Your account, history and settings remain, and everything resumes when you renew.
How long is the Free demo valid?
Demo accounts on the Free plan are licensed for 30 days from when the account is first registered.
Can the result be negative?
Yes, as with any trading system, and trading results are your own responsibility. We don't cover trading results — nobody legitimately can. Learn the mechanics on demo first, and use capital you are comfortable with.
Can I use it on both demo and real accounts?
Yes. Every plan licenses demo accounts, and paid plans license real accounts up to the limit shown on each plan.

What is a grid / martingale strategy?
It opens further positions as price moves against the existing ones, so the basket's average entry follows price, and each new layer is larger than the last. That raises the chance a basket eventually closes in profit, at the cost of deeper drawdown when a long trend runs against it. Do I need a particular type of trading account?
Yes: a cent account with hedging. Cent, because the position sizing is built for a small real balance — on a standard account the same settings risk roughly a hundred times more per trade. Hedging, because the EA holds buy and sell positions at once. The EA verifies hedging but cannot detect a cent account. Confirm both with your broker before buying — plans are non-refundable.
How much capital do I need to start?
