EA License Agreement
By purchasing, receiving, or accessing this trading EA you receive a personal right of use — a personal licence. You do not receive ownership of the work, the system, the files, the source code, or the strategy logic contained in the EA.
What you may do
You are permitted to:
- Use the EA for your own personal trading.
- Install and run the EA on your own MT5 accounts.
- Run the EA on a VPS or personal device that belongs to you.
- Receive EA development updates under the applicable terms.
- Use the EA's system, features, and trade management to support your own trading.
- Adjust the EA's parameters to suit your own needs and risk profile.
What you may not do
You are not permitted to:
- Resell this EA in any form.
- Share the EA files, source code, ex5/mq5 files, download access, or usage access with anyone else.
- Re-upload the EA to the internet, public groups, paid or free communities, marketplaces, forums, or any other platform.
- Claim this EA as your own work.
- Decompile, copy, duplicate, reverse engineer, rebrand, or modify the EA for redistribution.
- Use the EA for commercial purposes, managed-account services, copy trading, money management, paid signals, account rental, or third-party services without written permission.
- Distribute the EA's settings, files, system, or internal methods for commercial gain or to the detriment of the owner.
Licence, subscription, and trading accounts
This licence is personal, non-transferable, and valid for as long as your subscription is active. Your plan determines how many demo and real accounts may be licensed at the same time, and additional real account slots may be purchased separately as add-ons.
The EA validates your licence against the trading account number and broker server you register. A given trading account may only be registered once across the platform. You are responsible for ensuring the accounts you register are your own.
If a subscription expires and is not renewed, the licence becomes inactive and the EA stops validating. Nothing is deleted — your account and history remain, and the licence resumes on renewal.
Updates and support
While your subscription is active you are entitled to the EA development updates we release for your plan. We do not promise a particular release schedule, a particular number of updates, or that any specific feature will be added, changed, or kept indefinitely.
Changes to the EA may include adjustments, additions, or the removal of features. We aim to communicate changes that materially affect how the EA behaves.
Intellectual property
All intellectual property in the EA — including source code, strategy logic, system structure, dashboard design, name, and visual identity — remains entirely the developer's. Nothing in this agreement transfers that ownership to the user.
Risk of use
This EA is built as an automated trading aid based on a developed system and logic. Its use nevertheless carries risk.
We do not promise fixed profit, guaranteed results, loss-free trading, or any guarantee that an account will avoid drawdown. Trading results vary with market conditions, broker, spread, slippage, capital, lot settings, VPS, connectivity, and the user's own discipline in managing risk.
By using this EA you understand that all trading decisions, floating risk, drawdown, profit, loss, margin calls, and any other losses are entirely the user's responsibility.
The EA is provided as-is. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted, error-free, or that it is fit for any particular purpose of yours.
Factors outside our control
We are not liable for losses arising from matters outside our control, including but not limited to: broker policy or execution, spread widening, slippage, requotes, broker or MetaQuotes server disruption, VPS failure, loss of internet connectivity, power outages, a terminal that is not running, or a broker changing symbol specifications.
Limitation of liability
Our liability arising from or connected to this licence is limited to the licence fees you actually paid for the current subscription period.
We are not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, lost opportunity, or consequential damages.
Breach and termination
If a breach of these terms is found, access to use, updates, support, or related EA services may be terminated without obligation to refund.
Serious breaches — in particular redistribution, resale, or reverse engineering — will be followed up with whatever steps are needed to protect the work.
Your obligations not to distribute, resell, or decompile the EA survive the end of the licence.
Changes to these terms
These licence terms may be updated from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with its version number and effective date. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable channels, such as your registered email or a notice in the dashboard.
Continuing to use the EA after a change takes effect is treated as acceptance of the updated terms.
Resolving disagreements
If a disagreement or dispute arises around this licence, we prefer to settle it through discussion and good faith. Reach out to us first — most things can be resolved in a conversation.
If any provision of this agreement cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions stay in full effect.
We know there is always a chance someone will redistribute a work irresponsibly. We believe, though, that integrity and fairness start with oneself — even in small things.
Respecting someone else's work is part of becoming a person who grows, who is professional, and who is trusted.
Through this agreement we invite you to build mutual trust and mutual respect for each other's work.
By purchasing or using this EA, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these licence terms.
